1. Scope of Coaching vs. Clinical Therapy

Coaching Definition: Radiant Bridge Coaching provides professional development, life strategy, and personal growth coaching co-created between coach and client.

Not Mental Health Treatment: Coaching services are not licensed psychotherapy, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or psychological treatment. Engagement in coaching does not establish a therapist-patient relationship.

Crisis Disclaimer: Coaching is not equipped for acute psychiatric crises. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, mental health emergencies, or thoughts of self-harm, you must contact local emergency services (911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or a licensed medical provider immediately.

2. Package Terms, Retainers & Financial Protections

Package Structure: Coaching is offered in structured retainer packages of 6, 15, or 30 sessions.

12-Month Expiration Window: All session packages must be fully utilized within 12 months from the date of the first completed session. Any unused sessions remaining after the 12-month mark will automatically expire and are forfeited without refund or extension.

Billing & Payment Plans: Package fees and structured payment plans are processed securely via Paperbell and our encrypted merchant gateways (PayPal/Stripe).

Payment Plan Obligation: If purchasing a 6, 15, or 30-session package via an installment plan, the client agrees that all scheduled payment installments are mandatory. Stopping a payment plan midway does not relieve the obligation to fulfill the remaining balance of the agreed total package price.

Non-Refundability: All package payments, retainer deposits, and completed session fees are 100% non-refundable.

Chargeback Waiver: Clients agree to resolve any billing inquiries directly with Radiant Bridge Coaching support at billing.support@radiantbridgecoaching.com prior to initiating any credit card or PayPal chargeback disputes. Unlawful chargebacks on delivered services will be referred to collections.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation Rules

24-Hour Rescheduling Rule: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments freely via the Paperbell Client Workspace up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance preserves your package session credit with no penalty or additional charge.

Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours): Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or missed appointment made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will result in the forfeiture of that session credit from your total package balance.

Late Arrival Grace Period: Sessions begin precisely at the scheduled time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and deducted from the package balance without a makeup option.

4. Communication & Session Logistics

Between-Session Contact: Brief administrative updates and quick clarifying questions between sessions take place securely through your Paperbell Client Workspace. Between-session portal messaging is intended strictly for logistical updates and brief touchpoints. In-depth strategic discussions, extensive writing reviews, or urgent consultations will be reserved for your next scheduled call or require booking an additional session.

Technology & Connection: Sessions take place virtually via secure video/audio links provided in Paperbell. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment during session times.

5. Confidentiality & Legal Exceptions

Privacy Commitment: Information shared during coaching sessions, intake questionnaires, and workspace communication is kept strictly confidential.

Exceptions to Confidentiality: Confidentiality may be breached only when required by state or federal law, including:

• Clear evidence of imminent threat of serious physical harm to self or others.
• Mandated reporting of child, elder, or vulnerable adult abuse.
• Receipt of a legally binding court order or subpoena.

6. Client Commitment & Limitation of Liability

Client Responsibility: Coaching outcomes depend on client effort, action, and personal follow-through. Radiant Bridge Coaching co-creates strategy but makes no explicit guarantee of specific financial, career, or life outcomes.

Limitation of Liability: Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made during or after coaching sessions. Radiant Bridge Coaching shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from recommendations or discussions during coaching.
